    I really liked this episode though. Probably one of the best ones this season. The whole Rick v. Negan rampage was entertaining to watch and the subplots and fillers were alright.

    That's actually from the comic.
    The Saviors wanted them to get infected. That way they would die slow and turn, without them knowing that they were infected.
    There's no way for them to know that the weapon they were wounded with was infected with walker guts.
    The "don't k--- them" part meant that they didn't want them to die right away, by taking a bullet to the head. But instead die slowly and turn.

    all the people saying "this show is sux now" it s----d since like season 3 or 4 lol. It's biggest problem is that everytime something big is about to happen, we get it after going through like 100 character building flashbacks. I'm really surprised there isn't some meme video online like "walking dead, but only the flashbacks" (probably doesn't exist cause it would go for 20 minutes less than the actual series.)

    also was it just me, or did they have the chance to k--- Negan like 8 times this ep?

    just find it so laughable that people watch this show for the zombies, while all the die hard comic book fans are like "well it's all about the characters and character building, it's more about the humans than the dead"
    how boring lol.

    That or somehow they want to close the series abruptly and say Rick wakes up from the coma from season 1 and it was all in his head. That'd be lame though lol.

    ehh show is still gr8. hella good character developments, performances, & writing. i dont think it rly fell off -- with exception of season 3 but it picked back up after they fired the garbage excuse of a showrunner.

    only spot where the show is insufferable is the pacing. absolute s--- fkn pacing.

    It was kinda silly for Rick's g--- to just blow s--- up at the Oceanside camp to get their guns, then then hold everyone at gunpoint on their knees, like the Saviors do... I mean, it worked, but it's hard to even route for them when they're equally s-----y to people they dont even know.

    Loved that Negan killed that creep guy who was feeling up Sasha. The all out war should be good

    I've been on board up until last season and that bs cliffhanger. The first episode was great and it's slowly petered off since. There have been some cool moments but overall this has been the worst season so far. I loved season 2 as well haha and that season was slow as well but it was interesting! This isn't interesting! I don't care about rosita and Sasha's "beef" and an entire episode of their resolution. Multiple episodes without Maggie or Daryl or rick wasn't a wise choice imo. Carol being a b---- all of the sudden and treating everyone like an a------ was almost unbearable to watch. Oh my god! People care about me! I better push them away and live like a hermit! Gtfo here. Just too much mediocrity this season. If the season finale is great I'll be happy but they seriously can't do this again next season.

    There's too many characters to cover them all in every single episode imo. I really don't mind when they focus on 1-2 groups per episode (I'd rather them do that than create filler for characters who don't have anything to do at the moment), but I agree that right now focusing on one group per ep doesn't make a ton of sense. What happened in the last four episodes could have been condensed to two where they switch off between everyone probably.

    They should have each season be 12 episodes and do six in the summer/fall six in the winter/spring. There's usually about four episodes of filler, lol. Granted, I think people are exaggerating how badly this fell off. Show is much more interesting than it was the first few seasons. I'd rather suffer through a bit of filler than it be outright terrible like it was sometimes at the beginning.
