The word fa---- has always existed in hip hop and battle rap. It should never have to be censored. If you dont like the word why are you listening to an eminem album to begin with? Its obviously not for your over sensitive a--- so f--- off and let us enjoy our music.

I’m watching these interviews. I don’t like how he’s coming across at all. What was the point of this interview? Even Sway seems to be completely phoning it in. He seems to not care at all about this Eminem drama.

I hope there’s some kind of bombshells in part 4 cause these interviews are losing their steam fast. It’s beyond great to see em in a real light in these interviews but if part 4 is as light as 3 it’ll lose my interest for sure

Been listening to Lucky You again. Trying to enjoy Em's part but can't. His f----- up delivery hasn't changed. There are good parts but then he goes off, changes pace etc.. Even on Kamikaze, the dude's issue is his fkin delivery still.

f---, that could have been a legendary song. Video is dope and Joyner kills it.

Wish Em would stop trying to rhyme every word in a sentence and stop trying so hard to be creative with his word play.

His problem is his music as a whole. And it has been for a while.

Dude needs to concentrate on his timing on a beat and how to make a song that is enjoyable for the listener rather than trying to drop 1000 bars and basically freestylng over a beat and killing the whole vibe.

It had a concept and a theme. The direction was there but slightly misguided.
The theme of the album was reflection. MMLP was a reflection of Em's career up to that point and how it defined him as a person(stan, criminal, Marshal mathers, I am) MMLP2 was a reflection of EM's career since then up to that point (bad guy, rap god, headlights, monster) Songs like rap god and monster for example kinda focus on how big he's made himself as an icon. Rap god being him bragging about it and Monster being him complaining about being too big for himself to handle. rhyme or reason being him reflecting on his dad and headlights on his mom.


Problem with mmlp2 was the production not being bad per se, but pretty rough sounding compared to the smoother sounding modern hip-hop albums (f--- rick rubin) made worse by his style of rapping on the album. The outcome is something that doesn't sound bad like revival does, but to the training hip-hop ear doesn't sound particularly appealing. It makes relistens bland more than bad. Also things like track ordering and too many songs that could've been axed (and some bonus tracks better than the main s--- by far)
