    For me its about him claiming his old self killed the new em. He is putting back on this f--- everyone and everything persona bringing back shady then does that? It wasn't even a genuine regret or anything. He f---ing knew everyone would know what he said. He probably doesn't care but maybe Paul convinced him to say that after he got some backlash for that. I don't know.

    some of y’all are really embarrassing. It’s even worse on r/eminem but people there and here are really in tears over eminem apologizing for coming at tyler with that kind of energy. people are really reacting like “I can’t beleive he gave in to the media” , “People are too sensitive so he had to backpedal” lol, MAYBE the dude (like he said) just generally realized that it’s not worth it to use the word when it hurts a lot of other people vs. the very little impact it has on tyler. lol how can u be pressed about someone being attentive to the world we live in?

    That's really beside the point though. Everyone changes as time goes on, but not always as a result of growing wiser or more mature. Eminem has just been taken in by a moral panic.

    I dont think it's a big deal that he differentiates between wanting to hurt his opponent (Tyler), vs whomever else might be offended. He has three daughters to think about...one of em could be a dyke you know.

    No one cares about that. If he said, its 2018 I can't be saying s--- like that, end interview.. Done deal, 15 seconds.

    Let's be real, the whole point of this segment was to apologize. The whole he had to dead songs was added as filler to sound tough before he inserted tampon. Sway is out of place. Ellen or Oprah would be better for all.
