Like, unbias, Joe was way better than Em in that time frame. Like even if you go lyrically, it's not close. And I'm not talking rhyming words for the sake of rhyming them. Joe Budden has so many d--- quotable "oh s---" bars in that time frame, it's unfair to compare the two.

I really don't feel like arguing for Joe Budden though, because if you're a fan of lyrics, and you haven't listened to his catalog, you'll become a fan, then you'll become a Joe Budden fan, then realize the dude takes so many embarrassing L's. It's super hard to be a Joe Budden fan.

He will NEVER recreate the SSLP.

Maybe TES or MMLP, but there is literally no chance he could ever recreate that first album. And if he tried to, it would be the absolute fakest s--- ever.

SSLP is an album full of youthful humor, storytelling, concepts and heavy drug use/partying.

He was so heavy on drugs when he made that album, and you can tell that the off the wall lyricism in it is from drugs lol.

Sorry but he should never try to recapture than specific album's magic.
