    Its interesting because there's Slim MArshall and Em personas...it was more than an album...it was a character...so to say it's his best album its arguable

    Encore is usually 4th even though it's got like 5 of the worst songs he's ever put on an album on there

    Easily. He was actually funny back then and made songs where he could really utilize his strengths as a technical rapper/writer without sounding forced.

    I will say that Encore is his last LP that sounded most like an "Eminem album" sonically, if that makes sense. Even with the atrocious My First Single.
