Paul definitely had an influence. Mans is his manager. Looks into financial side of his music. I won't be surprised if Eminem was actually forced to do majority of pop s--- he did and selected so many watered down pop rock beats just for that money.

He has influence of a close friend. Paul is one of the guys who actually listens to his s--- before anybody and gives his opinion. But he is not the one who makes Em fo anything musically. Em likes those pop artists he works with. Rihanna, Pink (more like she likes him so much that he didn't refuse to work with her), Kehlani, Skylar Grey etc... If Paul really wanted to have money, he'd have drake feature with a lot of trap beats on an Em album. Just realize it already. Revival is the opposite of what's popular. Kamikaze is more pop. U are missing a huge point with this.
