I gotta say, personally I think that worst songs on encore are really the worst ones he ever used in his solo albums and definitely worse than relapse's worst songs. That being said eve though the both albums are pretty different and it's like comparing the apples to oranges to me, encore had kinda better highs than relapse in overall. I wouldn't say one is better than other. But as a whole project I'd prefer relapse. Eminem's main reason of disliking relapse so much is the fact that neither him nor any other guy worked with him at the time didn't really catch the whole accent thing according to Eminem. So he didn't even realize that he was rapping with an accent which is really surprising...

Finally, somekne with knowledge. I LMAO to those who said it was like a 12 dollar video...

So chance the rapper said he like rap Devil more. Said it was cooler, and had more replay value, and only played k--- shot once, and said he didn’t listen to em album. In regards to rap Devil Mal said it wasfunnier, and was a better record.
