    So since this is getting decent reviews at least compared to his other recent projects, does that mean Em won’t be all pissed off and go make a new album?

    If so good, was starting to feel like all this is our fault. We should’ve just pretended encore was good a decade and a half ago, could’ve avoided all this.

    How are the same people still on here since 2011 doing the same weird a--- “I don’t like Eminem, even tho I clearly love Eminem because I do nothing but post about how I don’t like him” thing. There are guys here who genuinely are sad that it’s not 2002 anymore.

    As of this year best bet is the Bodied soundtrack Nov 2, from what we know he and dr dre have put legitimate work into it even before Revival released

    Not Alike too, Em just sounds like nails on chalkboard on that joint after hearing Drake flow on it first. And my god, we still getting K Fed references? In 2018?




    Still a legit album tho, Em did well.

    I like lots of the album — it definitely exceeded anything I expected from Eminem in 2018.


    It’s the most compelling message I’ve heard him articulate in years regarding anti-mumble rap and nonsensical lyrics despite its incredibly flawed premise (MMLP2 and Revival did, infact s---, and he’s made his fair share of songs in recent years rhyming random words together with no coherent message). Music isn’t anywhere near as good as the first 3 albums, but his delivery and flow are listenable and even very good on some songs.


    That being said, this would have been a 7/10 album if it was a shorter, Daytona-length project. The women-focused songs and the song from the soundtrack are thematically tired have no place on here. Stepping Stones, while i enjoyed it, is also sort of a distraction from the theme of the project.


    As a longtime Eminem fan who’s hated much of his recent work, I’m very pleasantly surprised with this.

    The only song you can really compliment for its subject matter and content is Stepping Stone. Sounds like a song we should've gotten in like 2006.

    Best release since TES and it's not even close. It's not even about the flow or songs. It's the content. Hes finally back. Unreal and unexpected.

    His ratings are accurate though. Revival was full of 2s and 3s out of 10. 6s and 7s for these Kamikaze tracks is accurate.

    People giving these tracks 9s and 10s out of 10 are blinded by the hype and just over excited at hearing some half decent music out of Em for the first time in almost a decade.

    It doesn't mean these tracks are comparable to MMLP/TES greatness.
