If they were enacted years ago, they very well could have. The argument for gun control isn’t about stopping gun violence tomorrow. It’s about reducing gun violence 10-20+ years down the line. For the meantime, we’re f----- because Republicans care more about their re-election bids than children’s lives.

I’m not saying there will be a blue wave, I’m saying that’s what all indicators are pointing to going back to special elections last year & enthusiasm from democratic voters. We’ve seen various women marches, mass protests against trump’s travel ban, today there were nationwide protests against gun violence/for gun control etc. There’s undeniably been a shift to the left across the country:

Well... besides the fact that he’s openly admitted to sexual misconduct; and the fact that 19 women have accused him of sexual misconduct; and the fact that he has a documented history of making sexist & hurtful comments toward women — he’s also against a woman’s right to choose & has consistently defended men accused of sexual misconduct so.... yeah.
