Apr 19, 2017 I finally found the interview I've been looking for for a while now. The interviewer managed to do 2 things I never saw happen in an Eminem interview before: ask new, different questions nobody asked before, and have Eminem answer them seriously, not just playing them off as a joke. The interviewer is a professional. He even asks Eminem about his rhyme schemes and how they come about. Don't miss the Play button, I'm not talking about the written article. http://www.npr.org/templates/story/story.php?storyId=127953120
Apr 19, 2017 Still waiting for that Nardwuar interview (even though i'm pretty sure it won't happen lol)
Apr 20, 2017 Nice. Yeah - actually as I saw your thread title, I was expecting to see a different interview in here, as this one isn't that well known, and was going to post this interview, NPR interviews in general are dope, but yeah this one is really great. I don't think Em can truly shine in most normal environments; he's a smart cat, but he needs somebody to mirror & bring that out of him. Nice change to having some hip-hop industry douche interview him and Em revert to stupidity and 'absolutely''s. Great opening point about 'there's a lot of shocking stuff, which never gains any traction' as well; the kind of glaring point which sex offenders & morons from Fox miss when misunderstanding Em's content & trivialising it as nothing. And the same argument can be applied to the whole 'white' nonsense.
Apr 20, 2017 theres an article where they talk about every song on recovery every beat on recovery how it all came about production etc
Apr 20, 2017 Em basically did this too for relapse on shade 45. He was on there during promo like a few days after it had dropped if I remember rightly, talking about every song 1 by one.
