Apr 22, 2016 I still believe it might be if he gets the chance to start with us. If we trade him to Denver or something he may shine and we'd regret it. He came off 2 seasons of no football so to play the way he did was pretty spectacular being that our wide receivers dropped 99% of the passes that hit them in the numbers. You could also make the argument that he played the best when there wasn't much on the line at the end of the season so it could go either way this season and I'd like to at least give him another chance at it
Apr 22, 2016 Bradford will get his chance. They won't switch to the rookie until Bradford struggles mightily or the team is eliminated from playoff contention. It's his job to lose.
Apr 22, 2016 That was my whole argument with ppl who hated Bradford. He two his acl in back to back years and wasn't on a football field for two years. Of course someone is going to be rusty when they get back to playing again. But how he played the last half of the season really showed me something and I hope he can prove himself this year with us, not somewhere else.

He got a two year contract for $36 million ($11 million guaranteed) and is guaranteed to be the starter at LEAST this season, maybe next year too if he plays well. What more does he want?! So what if they're drafting a QB of the future to groom behind you? Management has already said the rookie will be third string this year.

Apr 28, 2016 Exactly. The biggest accomplishment of his career is being drafted first overall six years ago. He's been living off that ever since. He's never accomplished s---. Never had a winning season, has more INTs than TDs, etc. No player in NFL history has been paid more for doing less. The guy should be thanking God that he's making $18 million this year.
