To be fair Islam has been hjjacked by religious extremists and we should all know that by now. The problem is there aren't enough followers that stand up for the religion and society of the people in these nations. They have allowed themselves to be taken over by these extremists that teach hate and until they can band together and fight back within their own nations, people are going to continue to associate Islam and Jihad with the killing of those that don't follow it, because it's the most prevalent feature today. No one cares if they want to live like it's the 1800s culturally... it's the fact that people are dying in the name of said religion

I guess he means that radicals want to disguise themselves as a peaceful Muslims at the beginning to gain other people's trust. And when they will be comfortable enough to strike they will show their real side.
