    Btw OP that's depression. But you're like 13 right? Don't give up on school/college because of your tween depression otherwise you'll be the same as an adult but full of regret. I'm not saying people need school and a good career to be happy, but those kind of people that don't need it are the naturally outgoing happy types. People in emotional turmoil like you need a decent career/income as an adult to fall back on. Do you wanna be a depressed piece of s--- AND a good for nothing adult? That's how suicides happen.

    Rely on anti depressants if you have to. Get a ritalin script or something for your classroom attention span

    I'm thinking straight, i'm able to sit in class and concentrate for 120 minutes straight.
    Major part of this has to do with sleep.
    This is usually my schedule on school days.
    Get home from school, chill for a bit, get on s80, eat, do my tasks, school etc, then i go to the gym and workout and drain all my energy. I come back, take a shower, eat and finish up school work if i got any left. Sleep. e
    i cant just lie down and sleep just like that, i need to watch something. That's just how i do it, works for me.

    Beginning of January, when I entered back into school. Sleep is one factor for sure, Since I've never slept early than 12am.. ever.

    I made this thread to ask you guys. My grades haven't fallen yet nor have my friends/hoes abandoned me so I didnt really need doctor advice

    You lack motivation. Get a hobby, a serious and non burdening relationship, and if you are a highschooler, go visit a university and take a look at where you wanna be. Try working out more. An unfit body is actually the most common cause of mental fatigue. DON'T do any drugs.

    I work out in my 4th period weight training.

    Start eating a clean diet, and start lifting. s--- will give you way more energy and will help ur lethargic faggotry.

    Source: started lifting a couple months ago, helped me with the same lethargic out of it feeling ur talking about.
