    Lil Wayne made some controversial remarks during an interview on last night’s episode of ABC’s “Nightline.” In the interview, Wayne said he did not like giving a name to the Black Lives Matter movement, and seemed to disagree with the idea that people don’t already believe Black Lives Matter. Wayne has now apologized for his comments, telling TMZ, “Apologies to anyone who was offended.” He has also blamed “Nightline”’s Linsey Davis for asking questions about his daughter, which he said threw him off: “When the reporter began asking me questions about my daughter being labeled a b---- and a hoe, I got agitated,” he said. “From there, there was no thought put into her questions and my responses.”

    During the interview, Davis asked Wayne, “So, your daughter, would you have any problem with her being called a b---- or a hoe?” Wayne answered, “Yeah, if they calling her a b---- or a hoe, I have a huge problem with that.”

    The “Nightline” interview echoed recent sentiments from Wayne where he said “there’s no such thing as racism.” When asked about Black Lives Matter previously, he replied, “That whole wave just went right by me, way too fast to even give an opinion, so I was just like, ‘Oh, OK, that’s what’s happening.’”
