It wasn't an "epic rant" against Jay Z. It was mostly against tidal and apple. Obviously there's some frustration there but people are misconstruing this into something way bigger than it actually is. Now these """insiders""" are coming out all of a sudden. Calling Kanye a horrible person implies he's intentionally doing these things to spite people, and I don't think that's the case. Genuinely believe he has autism/aspergers/some other issue and just doesn't know how to express himself in a normal way, and isn't aware he f----- up until people start telling him what he did was dumb after the fact.Chad Warden, reD10S, pluto✰ and 10 others like this. -

Taylor Swift thing was obviously a d-ck move though in light of recent events I find it hard to feel sorry for her. I guess the events you described to me for the most part show that he's a d-ck not a horrible human being. I think Travis stealing music is much more deplorable than anything Kanye has done. I'm not denying he's done extremely childish/dickish things before, but to me the way he treats his mom and wife and kids and friends (ironic considering this thread I know) says more about who he is as a person.
Also Kanye is far from the only artist to start shows late. Lauryn Hill was 2 hours late when I saw her. D'Angelo waited two hours to start his set at Bonnaroo because he didn't want Bassnectar bleeding into his set. I would rather wait for a better show than have them start when unprepared.Partyboy, Chad Warden, reD10S and 9 others like this. -

During a recent show in Seattle, Kanye West went on an epic rant against Jay Z announcing that Watch the Throne 2 will never be released due to a battle between Apple and TIDAL over streaming rights, and that he hasn’t been a good friend by not stopping by to see him after Kim’s robbery in Paris nor have their kids ever played together. According to Page Six, an insider has revealed that the duo’s friendship is not what is appears to be. “Jay can’t stand him,” quoted the source. “He looks at him as this crazy, eccentric motherf***er he can tolerate in small doses. Kanye is a nut job. Everyone knows that.” Jay also apparently only agreed to make the 2011 Watch the Throne album because of the profit it would make. While this all remains speculative, it does beg the larger question as to whether their collaborative efforts have been genuine or just business. Neither Jay Z nor his reps have commented publicly on Ye’s remarks made at the concert on Wednesday.
