We can never relive yesterday. We can never know what tomorrow holds. It could be our last so always appreciate everything people of all races animals objects even air.stop and take a deep breath when you step outside even if you're running late..you won't be able to forever I love you

For you to appreciate all the little things and understand you as a human have so much power in your day to day life. Just saying hey what's up to somebody walking by instead of pretending you don't know they're there. Its a game we all play at work or school or sometimes even our own homes. We all in this together I want you to hold doors open for elders and make eye contact when you speak be assertive but understanding and respectful as a listener give the speaker your undivided attention for the moment. Let them know as human to human I care about you your ideas and what you have to say. Like I said to him appreciate the earth dont throw things on the floor find the nearest garbage can or recycle bin.
