Oct 1, 2016 well, she could of reported the r--- closer to the time of it happening and items would have been seized as evidence (eg. fingerprints or dna) then later used to attempt to match with Gibbs' dna or fingerprints, but failed. Its fairly typical that not many details of the trial are released imo. If you're a r--- victim and you accuse someone of r--- and take them to trial, do you really want your name going public? you're pretty much saying to open public "this person r---d me" and whether you win or lose the case, i don't think it's something a victim would want everyone knowing.
