Not Afraid was the first song ever in history to digitally go diamond and sell 10 million digitally. Not saying sales should matter but imagine how amazing and historic it was that Not Afraid achieved this

Another thing is every non hip hop fan i know loves the Not Afraid song it is among their fave songs of all time even though they don't like hip hop music. So the way it transcended way beyond hip hop is amazing

But it's my fave first single from him simply because that is the type of music i love, i enjoy and my kind of music. Songs like that are why i listen to music
