    Think it's weird how the treatment for it is to indulge the delusion instead of trying to make them comfortable with what they've got, other than that I don't have many thoughts on the issue.

    yeah my college posted new bathroom signs this semester that say you can go in whichever one you identify with, haven't tried using the girls bathroom yet, just waiting on a hot girl to go in first :jo:

    I also think it's weird how teens can go through hormone therapy to be the opposite sex but can't consent to sex

    think its a mental issue, wanting to change your gender, i mean come onnnn. but it doesnt change the way i look at trans people, got a do 'whatever tf u want' attitude towards the whole thing. not gonna treat them like theyre weirdos or someshit. as long as ur not a s-----y person then ur cool in my book

    I wasn't saying they were though. Here's my point:


    40 years ago the norm was to be straight and any deviation was seen as a mental disorder

    Today the norm is for people with d----s to feel like a man and vice versa and any deviation is seen as a mental disorder

    And people who don't understand it want to label it a disorder so they don't have to actually think about it and accept that gender really is pretty fluid or sexually is not a choice.

    I dunno, to me, its a mental disorder and doctors are treating patients with it at the moment by saying "do whatever you want" where as they should imo, be saying something like "ok, take these roids and go to the gym once a week, after a month you wont want to be a woman."

    what is more likely
    a) they were supposed to be born the other gender and there was some mistake (something that only a literal deity could determine)
    b) they are the correct gender, but they have some mental health issues and think they should be a different gender.
    c) men are evil and women can do no wrong #1stworldfeminism has made the pro's of becoming a woman just far too enticing for young males.

    There's no need to be so defensive over these topics. There's nothing that pisses me off more when I'll go "oh is John gay?" and then there's always that white knight f---in fa---- who screams out "WHY DOES IT MATTER IF HE'S GAY? WHAT'S IT TO YOU ARE YOU HOMOPHOBIC?!" - no, I'm not I'd have the same reaction if someone told me he was left handed because it's less common.
