    As First Lady, she worked hard/pushed for the Children's Health Insurance program which provides health insurance to millions of children across the country today. As senator of New York, she helped NYC rebuild after 9/11. She exposed the bush administration/environmental agency for hiding the health consequences of breathing the air at ground zero. She fought hard for funding for healthcare of those first responders. As Secretary of State, she preached for gender equality and LGBT rights all across the world. She negotiated a cease fire between Israel and Hamas. She assisted Obama in forcing Iran to the negotiating table which led to the Iran nuclear deal. These are just a couple I can think of off the top of my head.
