    Biggie. A lot of these muthafuckas are still trying to dress like him in videos. The content is the same too. The only difference is the sound. Biggie showed he could cater to other regions ("Notorious Thugs", "Going Back To Cali").

    Both imo. Pac was no stranger to experiencing with sound. He actually wanted to make an R&B album, but died before he could do so. Biggie I think could've flowed on any type of beat and would always sound good.
