    Wayne might be #1 tbh, nobody really had a prime run as long as his while being able to drop tons of albums/mixtapes/features.

    He dropped more projects in that time than Kanye has in his entire career, and they were all mostly great.

    From 04-08 he dropped:

    Carter 1-3, Like Father Like Son, Da Drought 2-3, The Prefix, The Suffix, Blow, Dedication 1-3, not to mention the Carter Sessions.

    I admit it's a bold pick, but I do think ODB was both incredibly talented and more inventive at his best than Jay / Pac / Em
