I love both. UK's quality all the way through while US had a few peaks but also a lot of dud seasons.
I do however revisit the US version a lot more. The replay-ability of seasons one to five is off the charts.cmmn.sns, Maximus and dkdnfbdjdkdddjdjfvcgfl like this. -

Ricky Gervais created the characters and the plot into the original UK Office, unfortunately the show only carried on for a few years as Ricky explained "I didn't want to repeat myself, or water it down, so I just left it as it was, and I've never regretted that really. I miss it, but I've never regretted.".
I really enjoyed the original UK Office, although only 14 episodes in total, the dry, awkward British humour is extremely hard to beat.
Now the Americans come along and remake an original UK tv show which usually ends awful (the inbetweeners) to name one, as the British humour doesn't really translate to funny American television. Surprisingly both shows were a huge hit (credit to Ricky for thinking the character up in his spare time) and Michael Scott was born.
Which version of the office do you like more? I get the poll may be slightly in favour of the Americans since this forum is largely dominated by the US, but i'm gonna add one anyway
@Ordinary Joel and @Loyalty are both fans i seem to remember!
