    Just finished the first episode
    I like how the kids just seem like regular neighborhood kids, not annoying r-----s like in all other horror movies/shows

    It's pretty much Stephen King / Steven Spielberg p--- that rips off a lot of different stuff (Firestarter, E.T., Twin Peaks), but it's entertaining. Has a synth score on some Tangerine Dream s---. Anybody watching this?

    foreal, thats what annoys me the most in other shows, the kids in this are actually likeable

    Season 1 > season 2 imo

    hated episode 7 and don't want them to explore that aspect further. The show works a lot better when it stays grounded in Hawkins. I don't wanna watch Heroes: Reborn lmao.

    My biggest concern was the children as the main cast but since that doesn't seem to be an issue here, I'm gonna check it out later.

    I've never lived in the 80s but people have said that this show absolutely captures it.
    Nah f--- that group, didnt really feel like they were killing for revenge, just trying to use that as an excuse to use 11's powers for their benefit..

    Finished the final two eps just a few hours ago. I love it. Really digged the 80s aesthetic. Dustin is awesome. I hope El comes back somehow. :ohno:

    show was good, but i expected more of a crazy genius twist ending, based on how highly everyone's been hyping this up.

    ...s--- for the most part played out as you'd expect it to once the pieces were in motion.

    The actress that played her was incredible. All the child actors from this show were pretty amazing. It's usually difficult to play such complex characters, even for the most experienced adults.

    true they were both useless as characters but I thought Billy was charming at least I liked his scenes. I hope there's Billy and Steve bromance in season 3
