May 24, 2016 what? the video is a dedication to the floods but the song is about lean aka texas's main export. the hook says "if texas love was a drug, you'd belong to me" -- it's an ode to the drug, nothing more. song is fantastic for a whole number of reasons but if thats the crux of ur arguement then i dont even know where to start smfh

May 24, 2016 fwa was bad. sftw 2 was great. collegrove was good (from wayne, great from 2 chainz) this isnt what this threads about tho basically as far as i know lol theyve never worked together though outside of Take Kare, and even that was birdman getting wayne to add a verse to a finished thug song. thugs just been obsessed with wayne his whole life, and when he got dragged into wayne's issues with bird he tried to sit it out...but choosing to drop carter 5 himself probably confused everyone involved, regardless of thug's actual intentions (he said it was to pay respect to wayne idk) in interviews Thugs said wayne and bird are family and their relationship has nothing to do with him...and that they'll be together forever while Thug might move on/has his own family to worry about. ive never really seen thug talk down on wayne ever tbh
