    Pressure and fatigue showed by France. Their play was hesitant.

    Also Kante should have started and Martial should have come on a lot sooner.

    That's what I mean. Neither deserved it. But Portugal got the goal and won. That's football.

    Hey nobody should try to imply that portugal doesn't deserve this win. I'm just saying this shouldn't be used in saying "ronaldo is better than x or y".

    Yeah, at the end of the day, Eder's goal was brilliant. France bottled it, they are playing at home, they didn't play the best XI and they failed to take advantage of Ronaldo getting injured. They made the game go into extra time, where anything can happen, and Eder scored.

    a win is a win...Soccer is a boring sport for most of the time...Greece did it 2004 and won...Portugal played their style and won...

    Fernando Santos with a great gameplan and great subs, tactical strategies...he out maneuvered the other team coach throughout the knockout stage in my opinion...

    listening to ESPN makes me puke...talking how s--- the tournament was and Portugal didn't deserve to win WOW!!! now they are blaming UEFA? for the new format...and saying Portugal got lucky....really? great BIAS commentating...

    Portugal wins Euro!!! end of the story

    Look at the route the finalists took, It was a very s--- tournament. I think copa had more goals.


    Yes, they avoided italy, germany and spain to play a bottling france. they had the easiest group and barely made it out. Luck is a part of football mind you. Portugal had it in abundance.


    No not the end of the story, because Portugal have to go get their a--- handed to them by chile next year.:lmaooo:
    God help their a----s if they think s--- football can beat chile, or at least not lose 7-0 to them.
