May 5, 2016 I dislike his laziness, because if you look at OGOP and a few other leaks he was genuinely creative and wasn't too bad of a rapper. I think the focus on Travis being derivative is a bit silly when not only is that irrelevant to the music but I've seen plenty of rappers do the same thing and not get meme-hated. At the end of the day he has nearly no songs I would consider bad and everything else is only relevant when discussing him on here which is why I don't try to get into debates about him.
May 5, 2016 OGOP and at least 1/4 of the songs on every project are genuinely creative tho. I think the reactions I've seen on forums are too extreme, there's no way he's comparable to Kanye or anyone as his stans will say, but he's also not this garbage biter that people make him out to be. He's a guy who makes new age trap and sometimes is rly original sometimes is rly unoriginal.

May 5, 2016 Ive enjoyed the stuff i've heard (which admittedly is limited to rodeo and a few loose tracks here and there), the sound is really contemporary I dont see it being innovative or anything. But yeah, my only context is rodeo and forum dickriders so feel free to show me to his more innovative work.
