I think the possibilities of how this track came about are:

•Royce had the beat and genuinely made the idea from scratch. Asking BT and Em to be on it.
•Royce and BT made it for their joint album, if it exists, and asked Em to jump on it/Em heard it and wanted to get on it.
•BME leftover. Either from HTS or Shady XV.
•Typical beat with a hook that Em had been sent and hadn't used and gave to Royce.
