- Eating habits are extremely healthy. Avoid carbs like the plague. Opt for salads almost every meal. Protein shakes for breakfast and one during the day. I don't keep any food in the house. Instead I'll stop by grocery store to buy a pre-made salad or eat a healthy burrito bowl from Chipotle (no rice). Water unless I'm drinking alcohol.
- Make a pitcher of vegetable juice once a month, sometimes cleansing for a few days.
- Don't have time for the gym, so I do P90X3 every morning. Usually run 2-5 miles after work.
- Never smoked.
- Avoid masturbation. It's bad for your mental health.
- I drink alcohol far too often. It's a love/hate relationship. I've strayed away from beer and have been drinking wine or vodka instead. Being a single 27 year old is hard on the liver.
- Recently started taking Melatonin pills around 10pm every night. Knocks me out and I get around 7-8 hours of sleep.
- Take a Men's One-a-Day multivitamin every morning.
I truly believe physical fitness and health is the key to happiness. It's not hard to be fit. Healthy food can be delicious. It's not about dieting, it's about changing your eating habits forever. Don't be lazy. Care about your appearance. Care about your happiness. Care about yourself.

i drink a bit and smoke weed occasionally (twice a month at the most) but i hit the gym pretty much everyday for 1-2 hours, plus my job is physically demanding. i drink 2-3 gallons of water a day, i feel like im taking a piss every 10 minutes but the benefits from drinking a lot of water are great. and i'm always shoving down protein, keep a tub of chicken in the fridge at all times to just pick at plus supplements

I've been able to dunk since I was like 16. Calves are no joke, guys.

Man we put so much s--- inside ourselves. I know it's corny but you are what you eat.
Eating junk will make you feel like junk.
