Tonight at 9:00 p.m., Damian Lillard will release his debut album “The Letter O” on iTunes, Apple Music, and Spotify. The album will reportedly feature Lil Wayne, Jamie Foxx, Juvenile, Marsha Ambrosius, Adrian Marcel, and Raphael Saadiq, who was featured on Lillard’s recent release, “Hero.”
Lillard has quickly become a celebrated rap artist in the basketball community, earning national acclaim with his music video, “Bigger Than Us,” which aired on TNT during the 2016 Martin Luther King Day matchup between the Cleveland Cavaliers and the Golden State Warriors. Each offseason, he spends time in the booth creating new music. You can find that music on his public SoundCloud page, here.

If you guys are interested in more of his music, check the spoiler below. I'll definitely check this out later tonight.
Portland Trail Blazers all star PG Damian Lillard surprised the world with his rap skills last year when he created the IG movement #4BarFridays. Since then, he's dropped freestyles on Sway and numerous tracks on his SoundCloud page DamianLillard0. His new single 'Bigger Than Us' dropped on iTunes 5 days ago. Definitely one of the best NBA rappers I've ever listened to. (Sorry Kobe)
What do you guys think? How does he compare to past athlete rappers & other rappers in general?xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx, Nori, Ordinary Joel and 1 other person like this.(This ad goes away when signing up) -
