1. Gonna start lifting and working out consistently. I'm shooting for five days a week.
2. Giving up eating breakfast sandwiches. I work 3rd shift and have a bad habit of eating these after work before bed.
3. Giving up potato chips completely. This will be hard because I work for Frito Lay and get all the free chips I want. But that s--- is bad for you. I've gained 30 pounds since I started working there 7 years ago. - Feb 22, 2026
