    As we’re getting closer and closer to the end of the year, it’s time for the first Official SXN80 Rap Awards.
    :rejoice:

    The procedure is quite easy:
    1. The nominations will take place for the next 3 days (check out the categories below).
    Nominate between 3-5 songs/albums/etc. for each category.
    2. After that, the poll for every category will be created.
    3. The results will be revealed at the end of December as a big announcement.

    Because A$AP Rocky responded to a mediocre debut album by going outside of the box and challenging himself as an artist. The outcome is a departure from anything he has done in the past, but more importantly, it's an artistic risk that resulted in one of Rocky's best songs to date. L$D is a start to finish immersive listen, a subdued roller coaster which takes nearly a minute and a half to climb to a 5 segment finale. With L$D, Rocky married a very simple instrumental with very basic vocals, but the outcome was something much more complex. I appreciate the song for its aesthetics as much as I do for any other factor. No song released in 2015 is more satisfying for me to listen to than L$D. For that reason, L$D is song of the year to me.

    But regardless of all of that, it doesn't matter if I said one of the joints off of one of your many struggle tapes was the SOTY to me. Please find a more appropriate response than "lol" next time. You're detracting from these conversations more than you're adding to them bro.
