Nov 13, 2015 not really. If Nas never said that, nobody would consider Em murdering Jay on that track. Jay's verse had more to say. "How you rate music that thugs with nothing relate to it I help em see they way through it, not you" is arguably better than any lines about how Em is hated by the middle class parents or how christians think he's the Devil. Sure, Em had a better flow and killed Jay on a technical level. But he couldn't even touch him in terms of subject matter.

Eminem's the best lyrically. he's number 1, his shouting flow gave me goosebumps he's so good, his flow is impeccable, just the number 1 lyricist no question. name one person who could body em on a track? lmao u cant! that's right because he's number 1 hands down!!! if you don't agree, you're not a real rap fan and you probably like lil wayne LOL.
