    Toronto would not be the hotbed it is today
    Pusha T would still be Pusha T of the Clipse
    Common's best album to date wouldn't exist
    J. Cole would not exist in his current form, if at all
    Super collaborations (ex. Swagga Like Us) may not have existed
    Rap tours would not have the production quality they currently have
    Auto-tune would forever be a gimmick
    Hip-hop would lose its greatest visionary of all time

    The major difference would be that albums would still be the works of one artist, with some producers to help him.
    Kanye popularized the concept of making an album with 20-30 persons.

    That would be a major difference in the music industry
