    90's 2pac ? Well ok..
    00's Eminem ? Well definitely considering he gave arguably the best 2 rap albums to ever made back to back and sold more than pop stars became most selling artist of the decade and also won Oscar and he was the first rapper to did it. Kanye's masterpieces College Dropout and Late Registration are kinda wack compared to TES &MMLP lol.

    As for Kendrick.. Isn't it a bit early to say ? It's just 2015...

    i think your great, but make a thread and say drake is this decades best, you will get ripped to peices, he is a great artist, just not on kendricks level tbh

    it's still very early, but kendrick makes sense.

    two near flawless albums and both are ridiculously critically acclaimed.

    drake is also up there, although his music isn't necessarily the best, it blows everything else out of the water, commercially speaking.

    and then there's the futures and thuggers of this generation.

    also, i'd throw kanye and lil wayne into the discussion for 2000s. em didn't take it by a landslide.

    I like pre-2015 Kendrick but Drake the voice of this decade. Doesnt mean he's the best in terms of skill cus heck Pac wasnt the most skilled rapper
