    I showed this song to my lil sister and she loved it. But d--- I didn't know all of hip hop was filled with "cliched" tracks like this!! That's awesome!! Some1 link me pls??

    On the discussion hand:
    Thugs song was one of the first i heard by him, thought it had a very mesmerizing melodic feel.
    yelas had that hard hitting verse from eminem that had more of an religious feel to it.
    yelas hook on it was very good as well as was thugs.

    for me it up to debate. Im a huge eminem fan so ill probably go with yela. but hats off to thug for a good records as well.

    on topic, what would you say makes Young Thug's "Best Friend" better than Yelawolf's "Best Friend"? Don't just point out one line that doesn't satisfy you. What are all the things that make YT's version superior?

    I can understand If I didn't like Slime Season as a whole, but you want me to go into detail and explain in an essay why I don't like ONE song from the tape...lol chill. People can't have opinions nowadays without getting slack. Hey, why does it matter to you so much if someone likes all of his songs or not?.. let me ask, is there any thug songs you DON'T like?

    I played that Yelawolf song twice. Once when the album leaked & another time when the music video was released. That pretty much explains my vote.

    You said the entire track is cliched like a "majority of rap" yet you didn't explain why. You didn't even acknowledge what the song itself is about, which is being your own best friend and depending only on family (his sisters and his fiancée)

    If you want to marginalize the content go for it. Don't act like you're being insightful tho lmao.
