HELP! IPOD IS STUCK?

    my ipod is stuck on snapchat. home button doesnt work and i cant turn it off either. any suggestions?

    Why don't any of the buttons work? You could do a hard restart by holding down the home button and power button simultaneously for about 10 seconds.

    Hold the power button and middle button. It should activate the reset mode hold for like 20 seconds

    Hold the button on the top of the iPod till the 'Power Off' option appears, turn it off then back on.
    As for the home button issue go to Settings > General > Accessibility, and scroll until you see 'Assistive Touch' & turn that on.
