I can't tell you how much I appreciate this review. i wasn't expecting something this in depth or this glowing and I'm very glad to have had you do this.

i also really like that you've picked out things I put hours and hours of work into that almost no one else seemingly noticed (or at least commented on), like for example the tracklisting. i kept re-arranging everything over and over and working it all over for months before it was actually finalized to get the right flow for the EP and everything else.

and dammit if I can't get one person to help me figure out where I lay genre wise, i swear. it's a struggle, because for the life of me i just can't seem to nail down a specific one other than as you said "edm?". and I can't seem to keep myself consistently in just one either, so it is all very niche. I find it's very hard for me to really reach out and build a fan base like this. some of my music turns away edm fans cause there's dubstep present, some hip hop fans turn away because there's any amount of edm, others because they don't like hip hop, and yet I can't seem to limit it because I always want to incorporate all of the music I love into my style, so i stay losing on the fan base building. it is very much something I'd love to do as a career tho, just not sure how to advance it like this

as for getting a rapper to work with, I've thought about getting features, and I'm aiming for at least 3 on the follow-up out in november. i originally had someone who was going to rap on a couple additional songs as well, so they could better tell my story and expand upon the concept more than I could with just my production, but that's seems to have fallen through for now, so hopefully it's explained enough through the other features/interludes/the production etc.
