Sep 4, 20152007. Probably the worst year of his life both personally and musically. It was the year he overdosed. He was completely irrelevant and forgotten about as an artist. Failed to record anything worth releasing. And gained a ton of weight too. I read an article where it said during this year he was so irrelevant musically and so unrecognizable physically that he started going out in public with no entourage, no attempt at a disguise, etc and would go unnoticed. But there was one time he was eating at a fast food restaurant, high on pills, and he overheard two kids talking about him. One of them said "Hey, that's Eminem!" And the other one said "Duh, no it isn't. Eminem isn't fat." He said that was one of his lowest points.
