    Back your files up. I got the little note on my task bar to upgrade....but this thread is precisely why I have yet to upgrade. I don't have a port storage to back up all my stuff so until then.......7 it is.....

    Man, Its crazy to see how many people have been f----- over by windows 10.. I've honestly only seen improvements after upgrading, some of my games get a couple extra fps and you can most definitely tell the difference.
    The easiest, fastest foolproof way to get windows 10 is to of course have windows 7, personally I pirated it because I couldn't find my old cd key, then I used windows loader by daz. afterward I used this tool to force the update and had no problems.

    If you need files from a hard drive, buy a caddy for it, there not expensive and basically turns any hdd into an external drive. Just make sure buy a 2.5 inch for laptops, 3.5 for desktops.
    Its very simple to remove a hard drive from a laptop/desktop, and when you put it in the caddy just plug in to another computer via usb and theres you files.
