    but that's all it is, "gym hype".. doesn't take away the fact that its hard on the ears since he can't rap with a normal flow

    The Relapse flow was Goat but the Medicine man flow is better than the flow on recovery and MMLP 2

    Going Through Changes, The Warning, SWA second verse, KND, Vegas, Supersonic part of Rap God, 2nd verse of GOF....all had better flow.
