    i mean in between being a fanboy im pretty sure i wouldve at least once said "me, personally, im not paying 20 f---ing dollars for indiscernibly "higher quality" music...especially with this s-----y unpaid internship Jay!!"

    I knew this would fail. Cmon now, the idea was idiotic from the start. If he had just made it cheaper from the start and had a better message then "Give all your hard earned money to these Multi-Millionares that need to be richer" Then TIDAL could've competed with Apple and Spotify. Jay's not know to take L's, but d--- he did this time.

    Wayne was the only reason people were talking about Tidal a few weeks ago. Like @Mike Tyson that's on Jay-Z & Tidal's legal team for thinking they could release the album with no issues from Cash Money. I'm not a lawyer or anything but how hard could it have been to read his contract & figure that out?

    Not claiming its ALL Wayne's fault like you guys think I am..
    I agree... Tidal's legal team failed at fully going over his contract anf getting a full understanding of what they can and cannot do as far as releasing his music.... HOWEVER, the man knew he was under contract. Just the fact that he even thought he could go release music with anyone other than young money/ cash money records blows me away.

    How did that partnership come together though? Did they approach Wayne or did he go to them? It was obviously beneficial to both parties, but if Wayne knowingly knew it was against his contract then yes he does deserve a portion of the blame.
