    I've said this in the past and I'll say it again, despite his interesting flows/voice, that doesn't really matter when you can't be bothered to be interested in anything he says.

    You've shown me "The Promise" before and I will tell you what I said before, just because Thug is talking about more emotional/personal subjects, does not equal good lyricism. His flow/voice did not match the subject matter. The effort is appreciated, though.

    And the other songs do not change my opinion whatsoever that Thug is a terrible lyricist.

    Eminem takes his time and literally treats making music like it's a sport and over half of ALL of his music is awful, Thug doesn't take his time and much more than half of his catalogue is great
