Jul 19, 2015 As far as "compilation" albums go.. 1. 8 Mile Soundtrack 2. The Re-Up 3. Shady XV 4. Southpaw Soundtrack
Jul 19, 2015 Well 8 Mile is easily the peak of Em's career. The Re-Up and Shady XV are close. I think The Re-Up is a better overall album but I think Eminem as an individual performed better on XV. Southpaw Soundtrack is awful with the exception of Kings Never Die.
Jul 19, 2015 People keep sayin that 8 mile was eminem's peak but besides lose yourself the other tracks he was involved was more of decent.. 8mile track or rabbit run wasnt that much replayable at all.. just sayin
Jul 19, 2015 rabbit run is a f---ing timeless masterpiece bro I guess I agree with most of that except I love phenomenal, raw and all I think about
Jul 19, 2015 No Apologies and His verses on Jimmy Crack Corn are the s--- but disagree his material on Southpaw >
Jul 19, 2015 Phenomenal is okay but the Bad Meets Evil songs are a mess. I was very disappointed. Maybe they'll grow on me.
Jul 19, 2015 8 Mile Road is better than Lose Yourself imo and Rabbit Run is one of the most impressive tracks he's ever done. Every track he touched on 8 Mile was flawless, including Love Me and Rap Game.
Jul 19, 2015 I thought all Em's s--- on Re-Up was great. sounded like he heard the criticisms of Encore and was working to correct it. Pretty sure the same would have carried over into King Mathers had it been completed.
Jul 19, 2015 I was hoping they'd separate the verses like they did on vegas, because the back and forth isn't as well done here as it is on hts. eminem's lyrics however have never been better
Jul 19, 2015 Agreed. And you can hear it on songs like The Apple and GOAT, which were intended for King Mathers.
Jul 19, 2015 8 Mile was godly. And rabbit run was good, but I think it was @Koolo that said this is when you notice Marshall start to go on autopilot
Jul 19, 2015 The Re-Up is gold compared to Southpaw Soundtrack. at least it's Em in his regular ways. he just sounds like a shell of his former self right now.
Jul 19, 2015 You think he gave a f--- about criticism the time he was so on drugs that he could barely speak on interviews?
