Id give it an 8, i wanted to give it a 9 but i consider Deja Vu a 9 and i dont think this song is as good as Deja Vu so 8 it is
on the other hand tho id give Fine Line a 7 and i think this is way better then Fine Line so i give it an 8.5 :D

I remember how funny it was on SL when MMLP2 released and everyone including "elite" posters (besides solo of course) broke character and praised the album and everything about it. How originally STIW was incredibly deep and groundbreaking when the idea was being thrown around that it was a sequel to Kim everything people bag on now people loved the first day. Then they realized what site they posted on and blamed their first reaction on nostalgia lol when absolutely nothing besides one song connected to the first album.

Not at all don't get me wrong I'm not even trying to bash it I like the album a lot but besides one song and a skit nothing connects with the first album or even sounds like the first album aside from maybe Evil Twin

I don't really think any of it sounds like the first album. However, his samples on So Far.. from the first one and the reference to I'm Back on Rap God. Also, the "criminal" part in Rhyme Or Reason. Those are some small connections.

3 or 4/10, i'm between that. song is too fast paced (slow the f--- down) to soak in and make sense of what he is trying to convey. lyrics look promising when you read them, but f--- when says it the flow is choppy and too many sudden stops, why does he do that? all it does is hurt the feel of the song with every bar feeling emotionless, like he is in a hurry to get the message across. i feel like the entire track he's backpedaling to catch up and be on pace with the beat. I just don't like this song one bit.......

by the way, has anyone just sat there and just listen to this song without headphones, talk about a f---ing headache. i'm just not gonna sit here and praise 8 or 9 to save face, this song sucks. call me stuck in the past or whatever, but at least 13 years later i can listen and fully comprehend the entire TES album. Since 2010's Recovery, he's seem like he's trying to find a niche that's not working and very few songs get the message across IE Fine Line, even though it has it's flaws. and then people get mad at you when you talk like this, and say "he's older and he has a newer style of music that he's constantly adapting to, get with the times, an artist career is bound to change." yeah, but then why make a sequel to an album from 2000 if you don't plan on trying to recapture something that is in the past? what, is MMLP2 an updated version, like a poorly made remake that you can already see flooding the movies nowadays. if that's the case, than I guess i need to get with the times. it's just that his recent anger of people dismissing his legacy and career and turning a blind eye to his success is all in head, why don't he just admit he doesn't have s--- to say anymore and stop trying to drag imaginary critics into majority of his songs, he's not getting the heat that he once was and he misses that, it helped with TIC and Way I Am immensely. I just want a new direction, can't eminem do that without yes man around him, doubt it since Paul is still breathing...........
