    I never really cared for sing for the moment. I'd rather listen to runaway any day of the week

    both songs are classics

    runaway is my favourite kanye song of all time but it's not better than SFTM in my opinion.

    You know, I'm not exactly sure. Just a personal preference, perhaps. I'm not a music reviewer lol but I'm sure a case can be made for both songs. Both are clearly the artists at their peak for sure... so I don't know. While it may not be deeper than Runaway, SFTM just has a more powerful feeling to it I feel. I wish I was better at expressing my thoughts lol sorry. plus it's almost midnight so I'm not exactly as alert as I should be

    Both are excellent but Runaway is my 2nd favourite Kanye song behind Jesus Walks so I have to go with Kanye this time

    nah see I dont even think SFTM is Em's "peak" thats the thing.

    It's a f---ing great song, theres no denying, but there are songs just on TES that are better and its not even in my top 10 for Em

    and to be clear, Runaway just might be in my top 5 for Kanye -- so it's not like either one is my favorite for the respective artist. I just think Runaway is the more impressive song.

    runaway is ruined by the torturously long intro and outro. I just f---ing skip the s--- when it comes on with that intro. Or I'll fast forward through it if i feel like listening. but then i skip the outro


    it's cool the first couple of times

    If we're judging the songs for how well they do their niche (melodramatic rap songs with interspersed singing), SFTM is an excellent song, but Runaway conveys it's emotion better and has a more well-structured beat. The only thing eminems part has over it is the pure raps, which shouldn't be what you're looking for in emotional ballads

    Why? Eminems has great raps and good emotion with a good beat. Kanyes is one of the most emotional rap songs ever and has one of the most widely hailed beats ever, and has a good Kanye and Pusha verse.

    Off topic but my favorite Kanye song is Heartless without a doubt. Back on topic both great songs I find Runaway to be more catchy but SFTM gets my vote it's better and represent the kind of music I like. Kanye could never make a song as good as SFTM but Eminem could never make a song as catchy as Runaway.
    Not sure how unpopular this is but I wish Runaway was a solo song.
