the 3 top donors of each month will get a special tag for the following month

i will do this in the first of each month...last month highest donors were @Trackz @Stephen @Final

i might give more than just a tag in the future

i count multiple donations in a month...so if X donated $10 ... then donated $50 after a week...i will count it as total of $60




not sure if top donor is good or i should name it something else...im open to suggestions

I really like the tag and the 'Top Donor'. Doesn't need changing imo.
