ummm honestly both are completely different experiences

witcher is a great single player rpg open world game with tons of s--- to do and quests and a great lore/story (game of the year so far)

eso is an mmorpg with the usual mmorpg stuff.. quests are nothing special but it is an MMORPG, so it's worth the money size wise..
its just the more quantity over quality (i played pc)

also, if you want eso because you are a fan of elder scrolls, you might be disappointed
it's not made my bethesda so it lacks the… soul that goes into the elder scroll games.. it don't feel the same


if you want a completely new experience i'd go for witcher
