Gunna has been released from prison after pleading guilty to one count of conspiracy to violate the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations (RICO) Act. The rapper, real name Sergio Kitchens, had been incarcerated since he was included among 28 people charged in a sweeping RICO indictment in May – alongside Young Thug – that targeted the YSL record label, which authorities allege is a criminal g---.
As Atlanta’s WSB-TV reports, Gunna took a plea deal in which he pleaded guilty to the charge while maintaining his innocence on it. He was sentenced to five years in prison with one year served. The one-year sentence was commuted to time served with the remaining sentence suspended. He will instead serve 500 hours of community service.

Gunna on the other hand just has a silly, materialistic stoner persona, he’s not out here making drill songs by any means. I think he will definitely not release much if any music until after the trial and that by the time that is done, if there isn’t more damning info of him snitching people will mostly just move on from it and he’ll be fine.Ordinary Joel, Rodamon and Detroit24 like this. -

He did not snitch yet, what he said was not testifying and cannot be used against Thug in court, he can however be legally required to testify against them at a later date but there are like 200 other witnesses so seems unlikelyOrdinary Joel, Chrollo and Step Daddy like this.
