    Maria has some dope verses but I don’t think I can take it that serious with the sample, maybe I’ll get over it and it’ll grow on me

    Lol yup. I think it’s terrible, that feature is no bueno. I liked other Lil Novi stuff I heard but not this.

    So I saved 12/18 tracks, I feel confident in giving this album a 6.5 off first listen. Don’t think it’ll go over a 7 on more listens though unfortunately

    Honestly for a Wayne album in 2025 that's fine.
    I don't think anyone expected him to come through with an amazing album. Based on what would anyone think that?

    I do wish it was a bit better (like, shorter for one) but if I would have liked 12/18 tracks it would have been great for me based on the expectations!

    I don’t care enough to be disappointed. Can’t remember the last time I was disappointed in anything. It’s just about having realistic expectations. If a new Kendrick Lamar or Playboi Carti album is coming I know it’s probably gonna be at least a 7/10 or higher. If a new Eminem or Lil Wayne album is coming I know it’s probably gonna be a 6/10 or lower. In Eminem’s case he got lucky with DoSS and got me to rate it 8/10. I’m mostly expecting his next album to be back in that 6/10 or lower range. And I’m expecting a mid deluxe from Wayne
